Refunds

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right. All sales are final.

We always aim to ship orders out as quickly as possible, but shipping times may vary & delays can occasionally occur. If you need your order by a certain date, please order well in advance to avoid any issues.

Shipping

  • For pieces made-to-order, please allow up to 2–3 weeks for production and dispatch.
  • Please note: While we do our best to meet all timelines, delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors beyond our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, Yesterday Princess is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered parcels.
If a package is lost due to carrier error or an incorrect address provided at checkout, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

However, for orders insured through the shipping carrier, you may be able to file a claim directly with them for compensation. We’re happy to assist you with any documentation or tracking information needed to support your claim.
